

Phase I of your personal training program will enable you to start living your dream. Receive an in-depth lifestyle assessment and fitness evaluation by your MFS coach. A balanced fitness program will then be created and you will begin your customized training program.

In Phase II you will discover your fitness potential by implementation of your individualized system. Your MFS coach will oversee and administer your fitness regimen. You will receive counseling that will include nutrition advice, motivational strategies and personalized workouts. Positive results and total enjoyment are guaranteed.

Phase III is the transformed phase of your journey. Your MFS coach will continue your ongoing training and offer guidance to support you to live a life full of energy, vitality and mental and physical well being.
MFS ELITE
Candidates completing all three phases qualify to participate in the specially designed MFS Elite program.
Premium Training: 3 - 4 training sessions weekly
Basic Training: 1- 2 training sessions weekly
MFS Coach: 1-2 training sessions monthly
Personal Training
You will receive instruction on site 2-4 times per week for your individual level. Your fitness coach will determine your fitness regimen based on your initial consultation. You will learn proper training techniques with the most up to date methods in the industry. You will receive individual attention, accountability and guidance for a safe and effective workout. Monthly assessments will keep your goal on track.
Database Access - MFS On-line
MFS On-line gives you access to the food and exercise databases with video exercise demos, food log and personalized meal plans. Candidates completing all three phases qualify to participate in the Elite program specially designed by Fadi Malouf.
Evaluation
Receive initial fitness evaluation comprised of cardiovascular, strength, body composition and flexibility testing. This will be conducted quarterly as part of your fitness program.
Mindset Coaching
Receive mindset coaching throughout your program. A fitness coach is the new revolution in weight loss and fitness. MSF has gone a step further and will give you the newest and latest techniques to empower you to make lasting positive changes in your diet, energy level and lifestyle. Counseling is part of your fitness program.
Nutrition Counseling
You will receive monthly nutrition counseling as part of your training package. Holistic nutrition guidelines will be provided to each participant based on each individual’s food requirements.
Assessment
Receive an initial lifestyle consultation and medical history review that will be evaluated monthly. This will be conducted monthly as part of your fitness program.
