Brian's Story

Brian has been training with Fadi for about 3 ½ months. Prior to his amazing transformation, Brian worked out periodically, for the past five years, but not consistently - due to 3 shoulder surgeries.

One of his fitness goals, as with most of us, was to lose weight. He wanted to regain his once high-level of athletic prowess and competiveness. Following reconstructive shoulder surgery, and after fathering a new child, Brian says, “I wanted the ability to walk into a gym and feel comfortable to be able to work on my own routine with the knowledge of doing it correctly. MFS has more than done this for me.”

Brian’s fitness routine now consists of four hours with Fadi per week and cardio three times per week. What's more, Brian has adhered to the nutrition plan, which has become his lifestyle. "My upper body is stronger than ever before," says Brian "and my agility is good or better than my college baseball years." Also, too- and most significantly, Brian has lost 34 lbs and has the energy required to continue the active lifestyle that he enjoys.
